Court records that are ordered sealed are NOT a matter of public record. Public records are available to anyone wishing to see them. Sealed records are not. Ever heard of sealed adoption records, those are court records and many adoptees whose records were sealed cannot have the records regarding their own adoptions unsealed. Just because you are uninformed does not mean someone else is a liar.

This is not adoption, honey. Lawsuits against county officials are public record. Details of those suits can be sealed, but not the fact that a lawsuit was filed.

You are slandering a man with no proof. And, if you'll look around, nobody believes you.

I am a court reporter; you are DEAD wrong about that. Nowhere in this country is a PUBLIC OFFICIAL SUED IN A COURT OF LAW and it's kept from the PUBLIC.

Now, the more you keep repeating that, the less credible, if possible, you become.
