It is amazing to me that they will not find de-hydration/starvation as the manner of death. Whay can't they state the obvious?

He did find that she died from dehydration (but not starvation).

Why do you say he didn't?

What he could not deduce conclusively was what caused her collapse years ago.

Because dehydration did not lead to the anoxic encephalopathy.

It is amazing to me that they will not find "de-hydration" as the manner of death.

Nobody but nobody ever died of starvation when both, water & food, were witheld at the same time. NOBODY!!

And you can take that to the bank!
