No, you missed the evidence that you mentioned; the giving of alcohol to minors. From what I heard, there was little argument against that charge. Add to that the pornography, and the on camera, admission by Michael Jackson of his history of sleeping with boys, not to mention the millions paid out to hush up previous accusations. But if you missed it, it must not exist, then. The jury sure missed it.

If having porn at home is a proof of molestation then tens of millions are guilty of molestation. Jackson has admitted to sleeping in the same room as kids but not to molestation. The settlements are not necessarily proof of anything either. This is no more proof of molestation than living next door to an elementary school is.
