Wow. That puts a whole new spin on this guy and his buddies. Perhaps no one dare "squeal" on him? In the photo each guy has a different sign. Any idea what these mean?
According to a gang sign guide, some of them could mean victory and east sider. I don't know if the meanings change when it's sideways.

We have three in the house and there is a detached sort of guest apartment built above the garage over a workroom and it has the other one. It is nice to have, gets guests out of our hair. but it needs its own ac.
Myself, I believe that boy, has a history of violent behavior. Money often talks and the truth is disposed in a vault. We are dealing with a psychopath, who has been protected form the onset. His buds are just as guilty as him. If they saw him attacking the victim, why did they not stop it? I saw no indication of any bruises or lacerations on any of them(facial)
I would love to have five minutes alone with each of those POS. They need to know the meaning of fear/pain in their lives. NSNR

The Birmingham News is reporting that Joran Andreas Petrus Van Der Sloot and some of his friends almost got into a fight with some travel companions of Natalee Holloway.
One of the three young men arrested Thursday in the disappearance of Mountain Brook teen Natalee Holloway got into a pushing match with some of her friends in an Aruban bar, one of Holloway’s friends said Thursday.
Bryan Reynolds, 18, one of 124 recent high school graduates who went to Aruba in late May, said some of his friends almost got into a fight with Joran Andreas Petrus Van Der Sloot and his friends.
The scuffle started after Van Der Sloot, a Dutch suspect arrested at his upper-class home in Oranjestad, Aruba, Thursday morning, had been talking to 18-year-old Holloway at a bar where she and classmates hung out during the five-day trip, Reynolds said.
“There was almost a fight between my friend and him,” said Reynolds, who was sitting in his car in the parking lot of Mountain Brook Community Church on Thursday after attending a noon prayer service with his classmates and others. “I had to break them up. That’s when I got a good look at them.”
… Reynolds said he saw the suspects hanging out at the Holiday Inn where the Mountain Brook High School graduates stayed in Oranjestad. When Holloway went missing, Reynolds said they were the first people he considered as potential suspects.
“That was the first people who came to mind,” said Reynolds, who said Holloway is one of his best friends.
I have to wonder if the other two guys were even involved in the disappearance of the girl.
From looking at all the gang sign charts that google pulls up, I don't think what Joran and the other idiot is displaying are true gang signs.

Yeah, I dont know if you visited Joran’s websites, but his favorite songs are all women-degrading rap tunes, like “Candy Store” which is about getting a woman to perform oral sex and degrading her in the process… All his photos are posed with attractive women and he’s flashing money, has a leather belt around some other shirtless kid’s neck, others are bar scenes where he and his friends are flashing make-believe gang signs, pretending to be American gangsta boys… In all, he seems like a spoiled, undisciplined kid, whose permissive parents allow him to frequent casinos and bars, give him a pricey car - all the while knowing he’s legally underage for gambling and drinking. And this is the son of a judge..

Interesting that you bring this up because the latest RUMOR coming out of Aruba is that Joran is insisting that he's being set up by the 2 brothers and of course they are claiming that the opposite is true.
My gut feeling is no, but they fit the(good for the crime)bill fo the Aruban politocos&authorities. Why would they let three prime suspects go and hold these two men initially? Those numbers just don't add up. NSNR

Dutch newswire this morning (CET) reports that the dutch government sent two ‘experts’ to Aruba. The JD refused to elaborate on the field of expertise. Police chief Jan van der Straten: ‘’I cannot tell you more, because then it is obvious in which way the investigation is going’’. According to Van der Straaten they will do very detailed work and didn’t bring search and rescue dogs.
I think Jordan acted alone and expects daddy to get him out of this. Think he'll "crack"?
On Geraldo or one of the news talk shows last night someone mentioned that Aruba was under (the word that I thought was said) apartheid authority and that the Justice Ministry and the authorities that we have seen and heard about thus far have very little to no authority.
True. These people actually hold other jobs and have the titles of government workers in name only. In other words, no real qualifications. Leaves me to speculate that the Dutch are the ones who will run this circus act.
I hope this "rumor" is true.
Come to think of it, I haven't heard of any Aruban investigator being sent to the US to gather any of this possible eyewitness information; you'd almost think they didn't really care if the case got solved or not ...
