Lindsey Graham just voted aye -- too much heat at home if he voted no.

Lindsey has turned into a class A pantywaist ever since the end of the impeachment of Clinton (he was an impeachment prosecutor of the Sink Stainer) But I still think he would've voted yes.

Graham is very conservative - I think something like 80% ACU rating. He will be voting FOR all of President Bush's conservative nominees. None can be too conservative for him.

He was never poised to vote "no" on Brown.
