This posting about Ginsburg has got be factually inaccurate. It's preposterous that the Senate, with Republican support, would have ever voted to confirm her if she advocated even half of these things!!

It is all true--- I heard Ed Whelan from NRO, telling Laura Ingraham this same stuff on Monday morning--she was just as disbelieving as you are...
AND, Ginsberg only had 3 votes against her...
I think THAT tells us much more about the minds of our Senators than we REALLY wanted to know...don't you think?
