For this reason, it's not really a deal at all. They laid the groundwork for telling everyone that the "extreme" pro-lifers don't want to compromise.
The RINOs want to keep the pro-lifers home next election day so that the real conservatives lose their hold on the party, even if it means becoming the minority.
The RINOs have no use for majority status, as long as it means they have fight against abortion.
No... This wasn't a deal.
