All that happened in the "deal" is that the minority party has a way to continue to filibuster if they choose. Just like they did before this deal.
Nothing has changed, except now two judges have been confirmed.

But they also would've been had the GOP had the guts to revert back to the old Senate rule. Not only that, but all of the president's nominees would've received an up or down vote. This set up the RINOs to not have to actually vote for or against a pro-life judge.
The democrats simply set us up to filibuster pro-life nominees to the USSC, which they could not have done if the GOP had the nerve to do what was right.
Just wait and see.
