PLus, she had previously voted for the law, notwithstanding her personal views. It shouldn't matter what the personal views of the judge are, because the law is the law.
Once she was in a court where she couldn't be overruled, she dropped the pretense of following the rule of law.
The democrats apparently think that this deception is a universal trait, and not merely the trait of people who have the liberal democrat philosophy. So they can't believe a conservative could possibly follow the law.
