I wouldn't be even BEHIND a wall with someone armed and ready to fire. I cannot understand why there is not police presence on the other side of the wall!!!

They should shut down that side road to pedestrians and cars. I'm not sure if anyone else is in the vehicle or not. But I don't think it is known or not, but a possibility.
Does anyone know if the cop car doors will stop the force of a bullet that could be shot at them?
