I am fascinated by car chases, and appreciate Fox running them. I could be ever-so-sophisticated and pretend disdain, but have to be honest.
Why? Because they are a window into human behavior in a complicated culture. To what lengths will darwin candidates go? How are the police dealing with these fools. Why are they most always in SoCal?
For people who are driving in the area where these are happening, coverage is helpful, I would think. These also make me feel happy for our chopice to live in rural western NY, and not one of these magalopolises....
