Specifics, and are you sure you are talking about the prosecution? Where was Kobe Bryant, Liz Taylor, Eddie Murphy, Kareem Adbul Jabar, the list goes on and on, promised by defense to testify, and these guys didn't even show.
GUILTY! GUILTY! GUILTY! Gee getting up when the DA started really helps Michael!!! Stupid move on the Jackson people to pull. Did they stop and think the jury might not like that?! Greta last night said she asked 3 women in Santa Maria last night what verdict and they ALL said acquittal! I was surprised. I have had a gut feeling the whole time GUILTY and a quick verdict at that. Thoughts?
He does look absolutely pitiful, but don't forget he's an actor. He may feel afraid but he's undoubtedly doing all he can to make himself look as awful as possible. He may faint when the verdict's read so that he will have to be taken to the hospital instead of jail.

Well, the defense also put on people who didn't testify they way they said. Jay Leno, for one. Defense told jury in opening statements that Leno would testify that the family tried to shake him down for money. On the stand, he said they didn't.

Hung Jury. Initially 9-3 that he walks. Gets up to 10-2 that he walks. 2 hold out for conviction til the bitter end.
Two things: Michael, if convicted, will doubtless attempt suicide (not very hard), and fail, But his modus operandi so far has been to buy off troublesome kids and parents. Why not buy the jury? One hopes the cops are looking at their bank accounts, parents' bank accounts, same for their children, friends, purchases of land, etc. If the money passes through several hands after leaving Jackson's, it might be difficult to prove he bribed juror five and six, or whatever.
His "wife" set up the DA real good. But she got full parental rights and is still negotiation on visitation. Imagine perjuring yourself this way. Guess she wants the children after all if M ends up in prison. Get ready for the battle between her and M's parents. But wait...those kids are not M's biological children. That will thicken the plot.
I just gave you specifics; and I am positive I am talking about the DA.
