I agree about getting the state legislature changed out.
If we can make a 5-7% CHANGE in the voting pattern, then Republicans would dominate California.
The government and teacher's unions are big problems.
I think there needs to be a law that all government jobs should be limited in pay and benefits to no more than the average salary in the private sector for similar work.
That would bust all the union activity, and would reduce the budgets everywhere by many millions.
