OPINION-SPECULATION.Nope, I don't think it's too quiet.
Maybe the jihadis who organized this terrorist attack are a bit more professional (for lack of a better term) than the street level jihadis.
OR
It could be the terrorists are very scared and laying low.
One way or the other, we'll find out eventually.
