I just heard from an eye witness that a small plane gone down in the Hudson River right near the Boline Power Plant/Indian Point Nuke Plant (the plants are across the river from each other). My source says that there is a news black-out, in that LEO and emergency response personnel have switched to a non-public scanner frequency. I have no first hand knowledge, just reporting what I've been told.
