"Ex-Guardsman and former wife cleared of spying"

ARTICLE SNIPPET: "SPOKANE -- A man and woman who had been accused of possessing stolen military classified documents were acquitted yesterday of all espionage charges against them.
Rafael Davila and his ex-wife, Deborah Cummings, faced charges of delivery or attempted delivery of documents relating to the national defense and disclosure of classified information, The Spokesman-Review reported.
After a 2 1/2-week federal jury trial, Cummings was found guilty of lying to investigators. That charge carries a maximum prison sentence of five years."
Heard on another board there are blackouts somewhere in the northeast. Upper New York area.
