The current situation is building a sub-class of indentured servants who already have a Jew-hating Marxist faction encouraging them to revolt and kill their perceived oppressors (that's you and me, by the way).
Dedicated medical personnel turn no one away voluntarily - that's why we citizens are cursed with HMOs and outrageous bills to take up the slack.
