The French frigate struck the port side of the Pakistani support ship, which was already moored, the organizers said. I have $10 that says the French Captain blamed the Pakistani for being in the way.

I'm a little surprised they let a Pakistani navy ship in NYC - there's gotta be a couple jihadis onbaord who wouldn't mind trying to shell the city - i'm having trouble finding the link, by NY Post also reported this week a Pakistani sailor was arrested for assaulting a 14-year old girl in Central Park
