There is only one reason for the judge to rule this way. SEDITION!
The ACLU is against the United States, and will side with anyone or any nation, to defeat us. (But we already knew this.)

The judge, however, said, "I don't believe with suitable redaction there is an unwarranted invasion of privacy."

I have some shocking photos of a prominent New York federal judge cavorting on the beach in his teeny Speedo swimsuit with four (very) young women in spaghetti bikinis.

And others of an overweight federal judge on a nude gay beach on Long Island.

And, what's this(!?), even more photos of a drunken federal judge being ejected on his arse from an Upper East Side pickup bar.

I'm gonna' sell the photos to the New York Post - I'll airbrush the judge's face out first - because "I don't believe with suitable redaction there is an unwarranted invasion of privacy."

He's lucky the Geneva convention doesn't apply to terrorists in Abu Ghraib.

Maybe the Boston city councilman Chuck Turner(D-Moonbat) can dig up the same photo's he displayed last year.

The Boston Globe did an article with Turner's "Abu Ghraib" snapshots. The pictures were from some porn movie and later discovered to be a hoax.

"I do think they could be extremely upsetting and depict conduct that would outrage the American public and be truly horrifying," she said outside court.

Lady, I don't think we need to worry about Americans being outraged because they aren't going to riot in the streets and kill each other. It's the MUSLIMS who are going to do that you idiot, so why don't you do what the MSM does best. Cause death and destruction!

Of course you will never find a judge ordering the MSM to release the more horrific pictures from 9/11 or from Saddam's bloody reign or the mass Iraqi graves, because it might incite violence on Muslims.

This is a double standard decision exclusively designed to whip up anti-American sentiment. If a careless blurb in Newsweek killed over a dozen people... the release of those pictures may just well reverse all the progress we have made in the MidEast.

Failure at all costs, for political points.

I'm sorry, did she just say the American public?

Has she thought about what reaction the muslim world is going to have???

The Commander-in-Chief should just tell the judge to stuff it.

It won't be the first time a president defied a judge.

How many legions does the judge have?

Lay down the gauntlet.

I demand that PBS broadcast pictures and videos of a partial birth abortion.

The game is to use visual images to influence public opinion.

They want to play this game? Bring it on.

Let's make a deal. The judge goes on a fact finding mission in Pakistan at the time the judge's order is fulfilled and no other U.S personnel are involved. The judge should get the same level of protection as other Amercian citizens abroad get when this dangerous order is filled.

Fine, Alvin, as long as we get to see the photos of you getting spanked by Mistress Dominiqe at the Pleasure Dungeon.

Aren't we bored with this yet? Let the judge take them to the middle east and show them off there.

Freaking judge doesn't have a brain in his head. I suppose he would like a fresh round of violence over there and wouldn't mind having blood on his hands.

As a comparison, wonder if they will display the beheadings as well?

Probably not for two reason:

1st. They don't care.

2nd. Because the beheadings are a thousand times more gruesome that the panties on the heads pictures. Which should tell them something about the brutality of the people they are supposedly defending.

It's quite clear. The left figures that if they can anger the world enough there will be a third world war, and the USA might be taken over by Muslim terrorists. That will help the left achieve their goal of unseating our government.

The left also believes that in the "new world order" they wil somehow attain a higher position of wealth and power as a result of their cooperation.

Sad indeed.

If those sick idiots hadn't taken the photos in the first place, we wouldn't have to worry about this.
