Graham and McCain both said the there was an "understanding" that Bolton was covered in good faith in their little "compromise".
Which says two things.
McCain was lying (no shock in that)
McCain was an idiot to think that the Dems would follow that "understanding" (McCain is an idiot....so everybody take their pick)
McCain lying and being an idiot -- I can second that! Works perfectly for me! :)
McCalin is probably both a liar AND an idiot. Also a publicity hound.
