What part of the agreement that said "only" judicial nominations do all of you not understand? Can you people not read or hear? Just reread the "compromise" (here on FoxNews.com for those that don't believe either you or me), and it only took the Constitutional Option off the table for judicial nominees. FWIW, the original Constitutional Option plan also would have been only for judicial nominees (specifically, appellate court/SCOTUS nominees).
