Personally, after all of VoinoVichy's rhetoric over Bush's tax cuts, I think that there is definitely something deeper going on between W and VoinoVichy or GHWB and VoinoVichy.
He is speaking on and on about hearsay, but really doesn't know the man. I mean, one minute he couldn't vote in committee on this man because he didn't know him, but now he can go on and on talking so confidently as if he knew him for years?
