Actually, when he walked in, he saw the wanted poster of himself-----then said to the cops, "Ignore that wanted poster over there (points to poster), it's an old picture of me."
I really think that if I were on the jury I'd want Spector put away just based upon his appeearance.

It's simple. He didn't know that they had captured his picture on the cab-cam.
Well, you are likely right, but the article did mention that their pictures were plastered all over the neighborhood. But then again, these guys are likely not very much in tune with the needs of their 'hood so they prolly missed the pix.
