I'd like to believe you're right, in any event, I want to see some votes this week, at least for the 3 that the Dems have supposedly given a free pass.

I'll bet though, that some of the 7 will vote against the judges, maybe all 7. Frist may have only 48 on his side. I want to find out.

And I've already bet that absolutely no Democrat will break party and vote for any of these judges.
