Nope, have faith. Emotions have simmered overnight.
Dems will eat their own readily (withing the gang of 14).
The Dems were happy, but when Frist and Sessions stepped out the box on them today. They have been baited. Frist didn't sign the agreement.

Tx, Fudd give me the particulars of the agreement again?
Are the Republicans, without the signature of the Majority Leader held to this agreement?

If Frist still has 50 votes and 7 Repubs just don't want it done, at least one of two things must be true:

* One of the Malevolent Seven RINOs signed the deal in bad faith.

* Frist has Democrats who'll vote with him.

55-7=48, so something intriguing's going on here. What am I missing?

Meanwhile, FoxNews has President Bush live (switching to monitor mode; will jump back live when/if he comments on the latest RINO cave).

Graham saying even Repub Sen's will vote against some of these nominees...

Then just do it! Senator Graham has every right to vote yea or nay on any nomination he wants. If in fact a nominee doesn't have majority support, then take the vote and be done with it! There is no excuse for blocking the vote.

She said "extreme nominees" I guess that means they are extraordinary then.

If Meyer and Saad wouldn't pass, then why were the rats filibustering them?

Will that dirty trick work? I think we all agree (maybe not) that the old days are gone. As Rush says everyday, the media monopoly has been destroyed, and the MSM and the sub human filth that makes up the DEM party don't get their way every time anymore. If we bring up the other 2 for a vote, and all of a sudden THEY are too extreme, I don't think it will work for the DEMS. And, truly, I do think of myself as a pessimist, but this looks like nothing more than a face saving deal for the dems, and I THINK (maybe wrong) that we have won.

I think we should rename this "The Conan Option" instead of "The Constitutional (or Nuclear) Option. After all, what we really want is here is, To crush the Democrats, see them driven before you, and hear the lamentations of their women.
Post of the day.

I was thinking MCain/Clinton in 2008 and then Clinton/Obama in 2012. (McCain would not run for re-election in 2012 due to mental incapacity).

George Allen, on Laura Ingraham, sounds totally disgusted by what the 14 did...

He said they had this all planned and the 14 blew it up...

McCain and Dean, separated at birth.

I honestly can't remember seeing them both in the same room at the same time.

President Bush commenting on the judges on FoxNews NOW!
