But I really don't think .. other then the 7 dwarfs .. many of the other pubbies are not in on board with a deal like that

Well I believe they will be history,but Mccain is not up til 2010. Mccain is an elderly sick man so I hope we get the Governor's mansion in Arizona back soon in case Mccain croaks.
He can't pull the trigger until the donks deny cloture. I say frist should keep this on the exec calander and force the donks to tip their hand.
...And the donks will tip their hand. This whole deal was a time buyer by the libs. Graham was foolish to buy into the wapo/mccain/nyt cabal. I think frist can pull Graham back if he makes the donks reneg. Sounds like frist is going to do just that.
If this senate resorts to reckless filibusters of qualified nominees, Frist WILL move to enact the constitutional option.

Can someone clear this up for me... I just heard Frist say this on Hannity, yet if I understood what Rush was saying earlier the agreement says that the Constitutional Option CANNOT be used again for a year and half.
Frist-If this Body resorts to filibusters he will move to use constitutional option.

Senator Frist, I know you weren't apart of this betrayal and commend you. bring them all up and let Lindsey, McCain and the others stare in their face when they make the vote. Put them on trial the way they put thse Justices on trial.

I realize he has to wait for a filibuster, but I would have him make this the sole business of the Senate for the next 3 months. bring them all up one by one and make the RINO's and red state Dems sweat with every week their betrayal lingers.
