Oh, boy. Dem caller saying his party had said these 3 judges were a danger to our party....and now they're going to let them be voted on?.....LOL
Was he a genuine dem befuddled w/his party's mixed signals (aka hypocrisy) OR was it a Rep. seminar caller? Who CARES? The point was made.

I saw that and wondered what he was up to now with a patriotic tie on. Bless his little heart but he looked kinda stupid with it on. Nothing like that should ever be on him.

And a good point it was. The dems have been screaming to the rafters that these three judges would be the end of the country, and now they say, "oh, never mind. Let's vote?"
I smell... a rat.

Still think it's poor practice to put off dealing with problems... I agree. But you do understand that when the Senators agree to vote on the nominee, there is no problem. It's when the DEMs withhold consent to vote that there is a problem to deal with. And they control the timing of their misbehavior. Frist doesn't control the timing of DEM misbehavior.
I've got C-SPAN muted too. Ya'll please provide highlights.

"Bob" fom McCain's office took my telephone number and address at the end of our dialogue. What are the odds that one of McCain's gofers will call me back? About the same odds of me voting for the good senator in the 2008 republican primary.
I hope that Graham's amd Dewine's offices are being blistered by the faithful today.

Boxer is well known for not having common decency, she will do most anything to get power and prestige that she does not deserve. Boxer is infamous in her "broom closet liaison's" in the legislatures to get ahead,so no surprise at her idiotic behavior.

What happens now witht he debate on Owen..Is Frist going to ask for a UC to waive the 30 hours and vote today? Will REid bitch, and gum it up?..Or let it happen today. Most likely, unanimous consent to move ahead with the vote. Reid offered that this morning, before there was a cloture vote. In fact, Reid offered to vitiate the cloture vote, i.e., the equivalent of passing it on unanimous consent.
To: LisaFab
Graham and Hannity will probably have another shouting match!
Cool.
