Satan (Byrd) is quoting from the Bible. Lightning Alert.
For a party that trounces religion, they sure are liberal with it as the need serves.

He just said some repubs will vote against "some" of these judges............The fix is in...............we got shafted. That may very well be, but then Frist needs to push for the vote on all the nominees and force these traitors to vote with the Dems. I don't care what LG says; the traitors now want to avoid a vote so they won't be on record voting with the Dems. So disgusting!

If the Dems filibuster them under 'extraordinary circumstances' then we are back to where we were yesterday except that Graham and Dewine said they will vote for the nuclear option. Part 1 gives the agreement as to the current nominees. The three are to be allowed a vote. Saad and Myers are not.
Part 2 ("only filibuster under extraordinary circumstances") only applies to future nominees. It does not apply to the nominees mentioned in Part 1.
When the Dems filibuster Saad or Myers, they will not be breaking the agreement.
