Wendy said NARAL recently put out a statement saying that any nominee who does NOT state how s/he would vote on the "right to choose" will be considered a nominee who triggers this extraordinary circumstance situation. What I don't understand is why can't any one of the Democrats that were NOT a party to this agreement simply say "I didn't sign that agreement, and I won't abide by it".

I can't understand how it would take a majority to go nucular but 14 can decide on this stupid "compromise".
Seems to me either side can say I didn't vote for that piece of crap!!
