LOVE the idea in priciple. The practical matter however is that flame wars would erupt on a daily basis because I can't think of a single person that one or two Freepers doesn't think is the definition of evil based on whatever the pet position of the day is.

It doesn't have to qualify with details. An FR seal can be earned on some basic criteria. Basically just consistency enough to declare they are not a RINO. If I'm using broad terms enough to make my point.
It has to ferret out the McCains, but leave enough bend for opinions.
