The intro by the Dino lawyer has been great, they have the goods I think, more than I thought. He is submitting fraud and ballot stuffing.
I just do not see how the judge can not overturn the results at this point.

Time for democracy to be restored in Washington State.
Time to reverse the illegal coup d'etat by the ruling party of the Peoples Republic of King County.
Time for Governor Rossi to be restored to his rightful power, to which he was properly elected.

I don't have time today to sit and listen, are they submitting opening statements or just dueling over procedures?
To: bigfootbob
Plaintiff's opening statement just concluded; they're in potty break or something now.
Pretty powerful statement; used the word "fraud" many times and says evidence will show it. (of course, they wouldn't be expected to say anything else.)
The opening rebuttal may be interesting to see how they plan to dodge and obfuscate.

Can you see the courtroom audience on TV? I suspect it's packed with MoveOn-ners and DUmmies; Bev Harris is probably there monitoring the proceedings, as well as her former intern Andy Stephenson; Ralph Nader should be standing around somewhere--he was so worried about election fraud in Ohio, as were Jesse Jackass, Hillary!, Babs Boxer, and hundreds of other Washington elites.

Can you see the courtroom audience on TV? Yes, several camera angles are used and it's amazing how many empty seats there are. It's being held in a Chelan County auditorium, probably to accommodate larger audiences.
I haven't looked closely enough yet to spot anybody I recognize, but I don't think the Big 'Rats are there at this point. Might be too embarrassing for them.

The Demo M.O. is like the stealing of the 1972 Olympic basketball game from the USA in favor of the Soviets. Keep restarting the game until you get the desired outcome and then declare the proceedings closed.
This state election was the national Democratic party's consolation prize for not getting the scripted close presidential popular vote in Ohio and getting a plausible pretense for verdict reversal.
To: Hank Rearden
Voter fraud : one of the last cards the rats have to play. When they lose this one it will damage them nationwide.

Cynic that I am, having lived all my life in the Soviet of Washington, I will be surprised if this election is ever overturned. The ruling elites know what is good for us and elections be damned. Sure there's plenty of fraud, but in the eyes of the well meaning socialist, it is all justifiable for the greater good. Judges are not above politics either.
So, don't be too disappointed when things don't go the right way.

The intro by the Dino lawyer has been great, they have the goods I think, more than I thought.<<< I agree - whoever the Republican lawyer is, he's very, very good. Unhurried, calm, concise, and emphatic!
It will be interesting to contrast the Democrat presentation. Look for whining and thin, unsupported allegations and claims that; "elections are, by there very nature, inaccurate. Republicans trying to capitalize on that fact is misleading and unfair".
If that is in fact what we get from the Democrats....I think the first stage of this contest is a slam-dunk. The Supreme Court is another question.

Thanks for posting this. I have been waiting for some accurate reporting on this issue. By the way, how have you been old friend?
To: seowulf
Did you listen to the intro? If they have the facts, and they seem to have them, I just cannot see how the judge will not play out.
The Supreme court is a different matter.

By the way, how have you been old friend? Keeping busy, as always. Metal sales are stable, but not growing anymore, so back in the lab to see what I can do for the next act. Some kid named Hoffman keeps insisting Plastics are the Next Big Thing. We'll see.
You haven't pawned that bracelet, have you?
