If we can pack the courts with true conservatives (esp the SC)... I don't care what a democratic controlled senate may legislate in the future. I think in our current system of government I'd rather control the courts.. :)
I just hope these judges are as conservative as we're led to believe. We're going to the mat for them.

Changing the filibuster for legislation is unconstitutional.Wrong, sorry to say. The Constitution doesn't have anything to say about filibusters, which are a parliamentary tactic covered by senate rules.
