HIBBS, Pa. (AP) A man angry about an argument chased down a motorcycle and rammed it with his pickup truck, killing the bike's two riders, state police said.
Edward A. Belch, 44, of McClellandtown, apparently got in an argument with the motorcycle's passengers Tuesday evening, authorities said. The two people then got on the motorcycle and left, and Belch followed them on state Route 21, passing other vehicles, until he hit the motorcycle, police said.
Terri Lynn Gresko, 44, and a 54-year-old man whom police didn't immediately identify died at the scene.
Belch was being held in the Fayette County jail Wednesday after being arraigned on two counts of criminal homicide Tuesday. It was not clear what the argument was or how Belch knew the other two people, state police said.
"Most bikers are pretty cool and I try to find a way to leave them extra room when I drive."
Thanks. We appreciate it. :)
1) I have a clue
2) I have a life
3) Really don't watch TV, see 1 and 2 above. Then check out post 60
"...What percentage of bikers are convicted felons? 50%, 60%, 90%?..."
Are you delusional? According to the U.S. Department of Transportation - National Highway Traffic Safety Administration there were more than 5.4 million motorcycles registered as of 1985. The sport has only gotten more popular since then with the boom of the stock market in the late-1990s. You're willing to guess that there are several million unaccounted felons out there?
Puh-lease...

You, sir, are a sancitmonious prig!!
Get over yourself...and get a life. You take living up to your screenname seriously, it seems. You're so uptight that you squeak. Not to mention judgemental. Do you even KNOW anyone who actually owns/rides a bike? If you did, I don't see how you can say the things you've said about bikers in general with a straight face.
As for your comments about speed_addiction (all due respect, s_a, I can see you are more than able to defend yourself, lol)...get over yourself. You apparently have issues of your own, and are obviously less than perfect yourself. Along with the rest of us mere mortals.
I'm probably gonna get flamed or scolded myself for this (at least, I've blown my usual polite approach to other posters), but I honestly don't care. You need to be taken down a peg or ten.
FL just passed a stiffer penalties law regarding such "I did not see them" accidents.
This particular case is nothing short of 1st degree, pre meditated murder since he had to pass other vehicles.
You are waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay off base.
You are confusing gangs with the 99% non-gang people who ride.
What next, all low riders are mexican gang bangers?
(mental note: tell judge friends next time we go riding...)
bah!
You think we don't tell the Squids (squirrely young kids) to slow down and get a brain? We do. And yeah, there's the 1%er element, but they're tiny.
Some cagers drive like maniacs, too. Do I equate those few idiots with the entire community? No, I do not.
You get your news from the main stream I presume?
"Several tons of weed."
Well, at least you think big.
1) You don't, in this instance.
2) You might, but from what you've posted, who can tell?
3) You'd have fooled me.
And yes, I checked out post 60. See my response. Let's see some friggin statistics to back your arguments up? Oh, don't have any? Then do us all a favor and shut up.
I checked out post #60.
I like #52 better.
I have a red '86 shadow 700. Almost as old as me. 27,000 on her right now, started 10 months ago with 14,000. Great bikes, they don't make 'em the same anymore, sadly. Can't get a shadow with so much as a stock tach these days.
Harleys are nice bikes. Shame they cost so much.
Sounds good. Keep up the good work.
Best regards, ([: ^ )

You don't life for weed for anything less. The Feds could only make a case for one deal! Just one. They introduced evidence for tons at my sentencing trying to do an end run and slam me with alot of time.
The US Supreme Court heard a case with just these circumstances (US vs Apprendi) and ruled against the Feds. It was this precedent that allowed me to appeal and have my sentence thrown out and get resentenced with them using ONLY the evidence introduced at trail.
I am with you and no scolding will come from me!
You go girl!
Nice story. Strange how things interconnect sometimes.
