I hope you get bamboo shoved under your fingernails by some disgruntled kitties.
Not really, just envious and I hope you had a great time.

I saw it, too. Major dissapointment.
The menagatrois between Padme, Jar-Jar, and Yoda was revolting.
Samuel Jackson as Mace Windu says "mother f***er too many times.

Revenge of the Sith--I've seen it! That's nothing. I've already seen the sequel!

I read the Novelization of the movie. I agree. Very very emotional and dark. My only complaint is that there were no Victory class Star Destroyers (precessessors to the Imperial class Star Destroyers that could land and were more space combat oriented than the Acclamator class seen in Episode II) but the Venator class is pretty cool.
Two of my favorite SW ships were in the novelization: Carrack class cruisers (Introduced in The Truce at Bakura) and Dreadnaught class Heavy Cruisers (Introduced in Book 2 of the Thrawn Trilogy). Were they in the movies?

Well, by now, these 20-odd years hence, is it not time for a RE-MAKE of the first episodes?

Thanks! Can't wait to see it.

It took him two movies to realise that people don't want this "family values", JarJar kiddie crap. Congrats George, but I coulda told you that years ago - maybe you could of saved the whole franchise.
I just hope he didn't O.D. on light sabers and we get to see some blaster (gunplay) fights as well.

While ROTS isn't a masterpiece, it's pretty darn good. In other words, Lucas screwed this one up too!

If you recall, when Obi-wan went to Kamino in Ep. 2, there was mention of a Master Sifu-dias (sp?) who the Kaminoans believed Obi-wan represented in order to inspect clone army production. Is there any clarification on who this Sifu-dias character might be in Ep 3?

I don't think this movie will be all that big a hit.
All those pacifists commie suck up antiwar, military hating, anti-American liberals will boycott the movie.
I won't expect to see Ted Kennedy, Nancy Pelosie, Babs Boxer, Alice Franken and other bastions of pinko liberalism in the line to buy tickets.

1. Credibility check: weren't you a big McCain fan?
2. What about taking kids? I have a 5yob and a 9yob, we don't plan to bring the 5yo, but are wondering about the 9yob. We're fairly protective of him, but he's seen all three LOTR movies, and another PG-13 or two.
Any SPOILER-FREE thoughts?

Can I take the kids to see it? (They are 9 and 8.)
Regards,
PS: They saw both Spiderman movies with no problem. Is ROTS any more worrisome than that?
