Perhaps, but I think that "liar" is descriptive enough when it comes to describing many creationists here, yourself included.

You said that evolutionists shouldn't be trying to prevent birth defects because that's just evolution "trying" to do something. I can't really think of a better description of that statement than "lie", and thus I can't think of a better term than "liar" for you after you made it.
