No one "needs" this- even for health reasons.
There is nothing else that will regulate my fiance's cycles as well as birth control. If she doesn't have regular cycles, she has unbearable pain that can only be treated with morphine, or other extremely strong pain killers. She NEEDS it.
Also, it's not a human pesticide, it's a pill that contains chemicals that regulate women's hormones.

I sometimes take morphine for my female pain. Yes, there are other treatments. You just didn't have incentive to look harder for the other treatments. I was told endometriosis had no other treatment. I just refused to accept that and hunted down a Catholic ob-gyn (I'm not Catholic, but that's where I had to go).
