ATLANTA (CNN) -- Jennifer Wilbanks, a Georgia woman missing since Tuesday night, has been found alive and well in New Mexico, a friend of the family told CNN.
Wilbanks was located in Albuquerque, New Mexico and told her family she had been abducted and taken there, according to John Kim, a friend of Wilbank's family.

You are right. Sometimes people can make the best of a situation.
That's a good point. I did a stint from L.A. to New York a few years back.
But alas, perhaps not...
You know we have to have a great marriage...what other husband would allow his wife to be on the computer 12 hours a day!!!! ONLY KIDDING...it's actually the one thing he gets annoyed with me about.
There is a huge difference in the initial posts around 2:00am and your post at 7:31am. Around 2:00am, it was being reported that she was the victim of an abduction. The article you're talking about did not yet exist.
Yes, they were involved previously.
So the media shines the bright light and the Feds determine that is the case they should be involved in?
LE never looked outside the immediate area for her, so at what point did the Feds decide they should get involved? Was it when they received a telephone call from the Judge?
per CNN: she called her family first and TOLD THEM WHERE SHE WAS. She had originally said, as reported, that she did NOT know where she was.
What you said --that was what I was missing when I was describing his weird reaction before he found out it was a hoax...
The "winner" part of his interview---how if she was dead that would be great because she would be a winner in heaven, but if alive she is also a winner and that would be great because she would be back here with me....
I posted his remarks paraphrased quite a bit, but forgot the winner word---
VERY ODD
Oh I'm not worried about the FBI being involved. If there's an FBI office with detectives on salary sitting in an office in a town where there's a major search going on, I'd rather see them helping than not.
I got my donuts lined up.
Oops. Maybe you better define liberal church for me .. I got a feeling that it might be any that doesn't have a snake box. ;o)
FOFL ... count me in.
Will this list be in addition to mhking's extensive "just damn" ping list?
Excellent observation.
I thought your comment was about sex crimes in particular.
I know people who go to that church. Ain't NO WAY they're liberal. In fact, I bet a lot of 'em are pretty mad about now.
I got the same feeling.
Everyone assumed this was one. Most of the time, that's how these stories end. Pretty little kids, pretty women, anything with graphic sexual details. The thread we were on (gay rape) just happened to be more perverted than most, but it still had in common plenty of lewd detail for the voyeur.
I posted his remarks paraphrased quite a bit, but forgot the winner word---
It struck me odd that on national TV he would display such self-importance...
Actually, I just thought he offed her and was interested because a fellow FReeper claimed to work with her and asked us to pray for her.
Damn! We need to find that thread!! Who was that poster??
