I know people who go to that church. Ain't NO WAY they're liberal. In fact, I bet a lot of 'em are pretty mad about now.

Actually you may be more correct than not. I unfortunately went through a divorce. It was not my decision, but let's just say it takes two to tango and I have guilt in the failure of the marriage. I however did not commit adultry.

The church my wife worshipped had a divorce program to attempt to heal the problems. I went to another site so as not to deter her from going. There was a chapter on the "scriptural reasons for divorce." I thought, oh good, maybe that will cause her to reconsider and we can work on rebuilding.

Well that blew up. They laid out all the reasons for not divorcing due to scriptural reasons. And then, at the video closed, suddenly said that sometimes the need for divorce seems overwhelming and that if you proceed, then God will forgive you!

Needless to say, the divorce proceeded.
