The interview that I saw with him was after she was known to be alive but BEFORE he found out (?) that it was a hoax, so I think his reaction is bizarre!

Did you hear the story about a bride that walked down the aisle and canceled the wedding because her maid of honor had slept with the groom at the bachorlette party.
No way....

Yes I am very aware of that. But I refer to them as older generation traditional Democrats not the new age, free loading slacker liberals. We recently worked with some traditional Democrats on a community project. All the people involved are "mature and wise" enough to put aside their political and religious differences for the betterment of the community. And I like many others am appreciative of their hard dedicated efforts.

So, we now have the cake cutting, the first dance, the tossing of the bouquet, the garter toss, and the A$$whipping of the ex-boy friend.

Oh this is great! I did have a girlfriend get married and her ex-husband rode a motorcycle round and round the house (it was her second marriage so we felt better about the wedding at her mothers house, you know what I mean)as the ceremony was going on. He through her garter from her first wedding on the back porch. RITFLOL

Maybe she didn't get cold feet. I'm thinking she had the vapors! She's okay now, after a little jaunt to Vegas.
Hey, maybe the newly reunited couple can reaffirm their relationship and go on The Amazing Race like Rob and Amber.

I'm not saying he was involved in the scam, but I think there's more to the story.

Luckily, I was a B cup when I was in training. After residency, I married, was pregnant several times, and became a C cup.Uh...thanks for the info...I think. ;^)

Then the laws need to be changed to recover the funds from these "runaways." Make them pay five bucks a week for the rest of their lives if need be. But this is outrageous. Many certainly will be less concerned about missing people in the future. And it will still be the "squeaky wheels"(translate-rich) that will get the publicity and have the most money spent by government agencies out there looking for their self absorbed, it's all about me, brats.

Which begs the question---will the media follow them around for the next six months?
Will Greta be at the wedding, torturing us with the details?
In a staring contest between Greta van Facelift and the Runaway Bride, who would win?
To: BigSkyFreeper
I was being sarcastic. The media has been emphasizing this one point over and over as if all 600 guest were still going to show up, with gifts.

Free republic is a great place for people to have fun and theorize on public issues of the day.Yes it is.
BTW, my wife had this "story" pegged from the start. She called off a wedding once. Her guy ran away, on a bus, but at least he had the guts to call her from the bus station. When he came back, he thought everything should be just like it had been. She returned his engagement ring to him while he was in the hospital (mental) and dumped his belongings on his mother's front porch.
It's prudent to not to mess with augirl. LOL!

SunnySide:
Frankly I am getting tired of people trying to categorize others by their religion and, or political affiliations. In such cases as this neither has anything to do with what occured. BigSkyFreeper: Whatever the heck that means.
Political and religious affiliations are irrelevant tangents in this story, which is basically a runaway and search story.
