ATLANTA (CNN) -- Jennifer Wilbanks, a Georgia woman missing since Tuesday night, has been found alive and well in New Mexico, a friend of the family told CNN.
Wilbanks was located in Albuquerque, New Mexico and told her family she had been abducted and taken there, according to John Kim, a friend of Wilbank's family.
Excerpt - story follows:CNN
"Weird. Georgia to New Mexico."
Why weird? I went from GA to NM and vastly preferred the latter!
Only in America. Wedding Register for naught!
I agree, unless she has some kind of disorder
I'll bet you anything that it was the MOTHERS that were the selfish and self-centered ones in this.
Have you heard the details? 600+ invitations and 30+ participants!
This was the Wedding From Hell! ...thanks to the overbearing MOTHERS wanting their way, who are more concerned with their social status than their children's wishes.
Todd Connor on F&F is implying there is something strange about what the fiance said this morning about thinking she would call today.
Yikes! I am going to get dressed and go to the greenouses. My husband is willing to spring for plants today and I dare not let him have second thoughts!
There ought to be a way to find out the names,,don't you just love having it!!!
They're implying a lot of stuff; remember they all have a vested interest in this.
;-)
Huh???
For what it's worth someone on another thread said Jennifer did the planning.
Remember that FReeper whose sister was abducted from the store in broad daylight?
The whole www was looking for that woman, and nobody but nobody suspected anything other than she was abducted. Sadly, it turned out badly.
Women who do this put a drain and strain on LE and leave the rest of us at risk.
Self-centered, we all are. I don't have a clue what's inside her head, but it's just as likely she was wigged out the wedding. Either afraid it wouldn't come off, or tired of not being in control of her own destination.
Most runaways don't think about what they left behind. Some, but not all runaways are nasty people.
Hmmmmm
Leni
Ick. Are those gargoyles on the handles? Intricate gnomes?
Tell him it is too early to plant... I had 6" of snow yesterday. Supposed to snow again tonight.
:-).
I heard that soundbite too. It was after she had been found and before we learned the kidnapping was bogus. John said something like "I had a feeling she would call today."
Ahh damn. I was hoping they would make her life a living hell and go through with it.
CNN reporting that Jennifer's parents are flying to NM to get her....they are usure if her fiance will go...LOL
I will just bring them inside if it gets too cold.
