I've been reading this thread just as long as you have, and did not feel a need chime in until the flood of mindless twaddle being promulgated by the tinfoil speculation. Talk about silly...yours, and others speculations are pure crap - and I will not believe any of it until there are facts and evidence to back it up.

Hey smart guy, what mouthy thing do you have to say now?

Tinfoil is probably on sale today at your store.

;-)

She had to have seen the reports, and she had to have planned the "runaway.".

Nobody thinks that... yet. BUT Fox is reporting that she is NOT a marathon runner, so the speculation is "how did she get to the bus station 6 miles from their home?" And, why would the fiance' claim she's a marathon runner, assuming Fox has it right?

Are you serious?

Fox reporter said best friend and bridemaid said she was not a marathon runner. But, you know... so much info in this interesting story. A NYPD detective on a while ago says he suspects a "third party" being involved also. I do too, whether it's the fiance, another boyfriend or one of her other friends. Hard to believe nobody suspected anything either.

LOL! You should rejoice at the the setting you chose as a child. It's a pure eye that brought you that. How very cute.

If I have a neice, I'm going to do the 1" pearl thingy so they have a pearl necklace by the time they are 18.

This could have happened to one of the Ya-Ya sisters...

I'm amazed at the size of the wedding party etc..

I've been to quite a few very expensive elegant weddings (in a private club in New York City, at Tavern on the Green in Central Park and other swanky country clubs in the tri state area here.) but NEVER have I seen a wedding with anything near 14 bridesmaids. lol

I don't think she planned the thing. I'd be more inclined to guess that while she was jogging she ran into an old boyfriend, or a current boyfriend. Or some guy she knew. Off to Vegas they go.

My husband says the reason the media is mad is they don't have an ocean to stare at all weekend (a la JFK Jr.'s plane crash) and now they have to scramble to find something else to fill air time.

I'm sure the family will accept the embarrassment and laughter for their safe return of their daughter. What a relief!

Who do think masterminded 600 invitation and 30+ participants?

Can you say, "Mommy Dearest!"

Her fiance probably calls anybody that runs a 3k a "marathon runner". I think we so often read between the lines when we evaluate politicains and lawyers.... that we forget that sometimes normal, or less than normal people just talk and don't always say the right thing..... even without criminal entent.
