Dear Mr. Kutras,
It has come to my attention that a county employee, Florencio Rodate, has used County computer equipment to issue a threatening email directed to the Minuteman Project of Arizona. As a long time resident of Santa Clara County, I find Mr. Rodate’s behavior reprehensible. Mr. Rodate should be publicly reprimanded if not fired and prosecuted. Not only is his behavior borderline criminal, but Mr. Rodate and his email are becoming quite well-known on the internet, which embarrassing to the county. Mr. Rodate’s email is reproduced below.
