It's the girl scouts who sell the cookies to costomers that are not turning the money over to the girl scouts, I think.

Yup. These people sold the cookies and never sent in the money. It's quite a problem in some areas. I have heard of it around here too. I try not to buy them, I'm too fat already and the amount of money they actually get at the troop level is pitiful I'm told.
I try to give them a donation instead and they look at you funny.

1) sinec GS cookies go for four bucks per, how did they getthese amounts? are they charging tax or something?
2) how did these people get the cookies without paying.
somebody's selling us a lame lamb here if they expect us to beleive that someone ripped off some poor girl scout for all those cookies. especially when the bill runs over a grand!
