"I just spoke with public relations at the hospital, and they said that Zell Miller has been discharged."How were you able to get that information? I have tried to find out if a certain person was in the hospital and I've been told that they can't give out that information because of the privacy act.
Great to hear he is OK though.

I called last night, and they told me he was on a "no public information" list. Perhaps things changed today. Because he was released, I don't suspect there was any problem releasing that info to the public.
