AMEN! That says it all.
"AMEN! That says it all."
Agreed!
And who knows, with the state of ignorance in this country, and the lies happily told to women by the professional baby killers, this woman may indeed have been extremely shocked and surprised when her fetus started to move and cry. She may have expected to give up something resembling tripe or scrambled eggs and then to see a recognizable baby, well, it must have been a real mind f*ck for her, excuse my language.
I hope they prevail to the utmost in their suit, but I have my doubts, this being Florida, which, Jeb Bush notwithstanding and all the fine people in the State, seems to want to become a death factory above all else.
If she had wanted to save the child, she wouldn't have gone to the clinic in the first place. This is disgusting and ignorant at best, on EVERYONE's part.
As a private investigator, I have followed and videotaped numerous people in public places doing a wide variety of things. But when they arrive at their place of residence, or anywhere else where they have a "reasonable expectation of privacy", the video stops rolling.
The way I see it, this woman's claim is baseless, as there is no way she could have had a reasonable expectation that the doctors would do anything to save the life of her baby. After all, she was at an abortion clinic.
While I agree that the subject is great for the anti-abortion argument (and I am pro-life), I don't believe this woman has any right to damages, and should have to live with her actions for the rest of her life. She will ultimately have to answer for her actions.
