The old folks (who are not affected) and the libs don't care about the voluntary part. They don't trust the stock market. I've had this discussion many times already.You and me both. The damn AARP and the MSM have been very effective in scaring the "old folks" on this issue...

The elders are so frightened about SS reform--they are the ones bringing up the subject during the course of casual conversation. The libs just think that we should all get the same amount, regardless of forced contributions...sheer socialism.
