More Election issue in WA State. This has passed the point of being incompetent, it has not become criminal. Where are the Feds and the DA?

"The county has a "ballot-on-demand" system that allows workers to print additional ballots in the elections office and at the mail ballot satellite office. Logan said probably less than a dozen people have access to the machines and that the system is password-protected. But he said there is not a "specific inventory of the number of ballots that are produced on the ballot-on-demand system.""

Amazing. I am speechless....

"...saying there was neglect in the handling of some ballots but not any misconduct."

If neglect is not misconduct, then what is it? He repeatedly admits to not following proper proceedures but adamantly insists he's blameless. People get sued for negligence every day, but somehow he and his staff are blameless?

Clinton: "Depends on what the meaning of 'is' is."

Rather: "Fake but accurate."

Logan: "Negligence but not misconduct."

Then there's Sandy Berger's lame excuses about how those documents he stole and destroyed got into his socks. These people are no different from the street corner weasels cops interrogate at their station houses every day.

Sheesh, give it up already. Bush will be sitting in a rocking chair at age 90 and these poor losers will still be contesting the election.

Move on with your lives.

Based on the answers in this deposition, just looking at the sloppiness in King County alone, there is no way that the trial court can honestly avoid the conclusion that the outcome of the gubernatorial election is known. And given the provisions of Washington State law that have been previously posted on FR, that means the court should order a new election held.

Now, judges have been known to ignore both the law and the facts. So the honest result may not be the actual result. However, the tide of incompetence (corruption?) by Democrat politicians is so bad and so odoriferous that a number of Repubicans should ride that tide to victory at levels from local to federal offices.

But it is clear that taking a page from liberal counteparts in Canada, Democrats are unhappy with the county crying victim too"

It was clearly some other evil entity stuffing fraudulant ballots in the ballot boxes in their favor. "We are victims too"!!

One must ask how can anyone this monumentally stupid be picked forthis position. My God my 15 year old could do this job, and she is a self described "Conservative, pro-life, pro-death penalty bi-sexual Goth chick". (I think she throws in the Bi-sexual just to get my goat) But even this teenage girl could do a better job.

Either that or it wasn't incompetence at all. It WAS fraud. So this pissant has a choice, is he a mental midget who cannot count, or a criminal?

After this litigation they should order a revote. But that would only happen if the courts are not corrupt.

Republican attorney Rob Maguire said to Logan near the end of the questioning, "Do you know whether the returns in King County were accurate within 129 votes?"

Logan: "No, I do not."

Where the heck are the citizens - who should be marching in the streets - like they did in the Ukraine.

Obviously, the citizens don't care that the dems stole the election .. and they also don't care that their taxes were just raised - when Rossi's budget plan won some award ..??

The people of WA need to revolt! They're not! So I wish people would stop blaming it on the feds.

Where are the Feds and the DA?

Hiding under their desks in abject fear they just MIGHT have to do their jobs.

Why fear? Because then democrats will be "shocked shocked shocked"!

Don't forget about the election workers (all dems) who took blank ballots home the Friday before the election. I mean, come on, why in the world would anyone take home blank ballots if it wasn't for filling them out.

SEND THE FEDS!!!

The Dems really only have one course of action left to them, and it is simply to ignore the whole thing. And with the control they possess of the legislature and the courts, they can do that.

Watch for it - "Yeah, it looks like there were irregularities. We'll correct the problem and it will never happen again. People are human and make mistakes. No harm was intended. There's no proof all those irregular ballots weren't for Gregoire. We'll do better next time. What, it's 2008 already? Let's just move on, can't we?"
