A personal friend in mil-int (whom I must not name)stationed "over there" sent an SMS to me a day or two ago.
Apparently they've been sitting on this guy for just a bit, and yes, he is singing like a bird. They are already sitting on a couple others thanks to his information, but details will not be released yet as they still feel there is a bit more of the ol' daisy chain they can follow and unravel successfully.
All I am free to say is keep your ears to the radio the next week or so, kiddies. Things are about to get VERY interesting...more than they have been in a long time!!
Faraj al Liibi, BTW, has been a friend of OBL's for 15 plus years, and is THE "ops" planner for Al Qaeda, and overall number three behind Osama bi'in Pajamas and Ayman al Zawahiri.
Apparently allah-uzza/satan forgot to tell Faraj that the US soldiers are big, healthy, brutes and might scare him into wetting himself like a whipped pup...
How humiliating could that have been?! ROTFLMAO!!!
A.A.C.
Oh not wetting himself like a whipped pup, oh not that, anything but that!
Glad to hear he's singing. They all do, they are all cowards.
Yes, it was quite interesting to hear NPR featuring all this talk about "the trail to OBL is cold"...I don't usually listen to NPR, but had a rental car and that was on the radio, and it instantly reminded me why I don't listen.
But I admit that after this capture, even they couldn't blast Bush very much. They had to admit that Bush didn't overplay this capture, but that it was an important one nonetheless. Funny thing was that none of the analysts they interviewed (in the clips they played, anyway) mentioned anything about the intelligence to be gathered from this pup.
I wonder if NPR is finally a bit happy at some successes...normally they'd run a piece on prisoner abuse right along with any big capture and possibility of intelligence gathering.
They could sic Pfc Lynndie on al Libby with her instruments of torture; including (gasp)the dreaded undies, the diabolical dog leash! Dare I suggest such horrors and still call myself a Christian (actually I'm a messianic Jew, but why quibble over irrelevancies?
