Nor does it say what kind of sex offender...the neighborhood called him a child rapist...but the article doesn't say what he was convicted of.Even if it was reported, what would be reported may not have necessarily been what he actually did. With the proliferation of plea bargains and such, a rape could very easily had been plea bargained down to some lesser offense...
