"Sex offenders can't be fixed."

Castration works to fix them, but the ACLU won't let the courts order such a punishment. There was a criminal recently who was going to be released and knew he could not control himself. He asked to be voluntarily castrated. The ACLU fought to stop him from voluntarily having the procedure.

Castration doesn't even work.

castrated offenders have reoffended using instruments to compensate for their impotence.

As long as their mind is evil, what you do to their body has no truly reliable effect. Unless, of course, you kill them like you're supposed to.

Stop it.

They only use foreign objects instead.

The only answer is to kill them.

No it does not.

All convicted sex offenders that are out on the streets should have their faces and hands tatooed a bright red color if they want to stay on the street. At least people could see them coming.
